2000 ▪  Commissioned by the Department of Cultural Affairs, Taipei City Government, to carry out a general research on Museums and Art Museums Resource in Taipei

▪  Commissioned by the Preparatory Office of National Museum of Marine Science & Technology to devise a plan on collection display design

1998 ▪  Commissioned by the Preparatory Office of the National Museum of Taiwan History to devise the preliminary architectural and spatial design project for the National Museum of Taiwan History

▪  Commissioned by the Preparatory Office of the National Museum of Taiwan History to devise a total development plan for the National Museum of Taiwan History

1997 ▪  Commissioned by the Taipei Fine Arts Museum to devised and develop a research plan for the expansion of the Taipei Museum of Fine Arts regarding functional objectives and management policy

▪  Commissioned by the Education Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government, to develop a research plan on collection display for the Kaohsiung Museum of History

1996 ▪  Commissioned by the National Taiwan Museum (formerly the Taiwan Provincial Museum, 1949-1999) to devise and develop a research plan on collection display for National Museum of Taiwan History
1995 ▪  Organised the Conservation of Cultural Artefact Conference on behalf of the Council for Cultural Affairs (CCA, the antecedent of the Ministry of Culture, MOC)
1994 ▪  The Chinese Association of Museums (CAM) was established and inaugurated at the National Palace Museum, Taipei, Taiwan
