【中華民國博物館學會】ICOM 2019會員續會及新會員申請

 

迎向2019年，為服務學會會員及ICOM會員辦理續會手續，學會製作了中文SOP說明，敬請參考。

2019年的會費比照2018年，一般個人會員年度會費為歐元70元，機構會員會費比照2018年。因ICOM官網改版且首頁為法文，作業操作上較為煩複，需花時間進入系統逐步更新個人資料！

為爭取時效，建議會員可直接填寫附件的會員信用卡授權繳費單，再將表單email寄給ICOM秘書處的Monica Gaitan，monica.gaitan@icom.museum

告知貼紙的寄送地點，Monica會很快的回應並寄送2019年的貼紙！

ICOM會員續會與新申請會員流程

l   ICOM續會

  1. 選擇會員登入ICOM帳號：https://icom-museum.force.com/login
  2. 登入後在頁面左上方可以選擇”renewal of your membership”續會申請，金額與收據將會出現於螢幕中。
  3. 若螢幕未出現，可以直接Email至ICOM秘書處詢問Monica關於該會員續會金額。Monica GAITAN monica.gaitan@icom.museum
  4. 請列印並填妥「付款單」（附件1），填寫個人資料及信用卡付款，將表單回傳至Monica信箱。

We are pleased to send you here the call for dues for 2019. With your membership, this year you will enjoy year-long networking opportunities which will enable you to:

‧    Stay abreast of the ICOM network’s activities.

‧    Join the ICOM International Committees

‧    Participate in any of the ICOM Events worldwide, especially the ICOM 2019 General Conference in Kyoto http://icom-kyoto-2019.org/

‧    Engage in international missions such as the fight against illicit traffic in cultural goods, or emergency actions in museums worldwide

‧            Gain free or reduced-price entry and priority admission to many museums worldwide thanks to the ICOM card

 

The ICOM dues policy was adopted by the General Assembly during its 24th session (Paris, France, 9 June 2009) and revised during its 28th session (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 17 August 2013). I am therefore pleased to confirm that the dues rates will not change for 2019.

I kindly request you to send the 2019 dues as early as possible to the Secretariat no later than April 1st 2019 since membership runs from January 1st 2019 to December 31st 2019.

In addition, I would like to draw your attention to the payment modalities, which must conform to the national laws and the international conventions as well as the statutory rules governing our organisation and guaranteeing its proper management.

Thus, membership dues must be transferred to the Secretariat preferably by bank transfer to the ICOM account or by credit card using the online payment form. The latter can be accessed through your personal space, which is available at:

https://icom-museum.force.com/login

Once you login, you must click on the “renewal of your membership” (at the left top of your screen) to validate your renewal request. This secure and traceable means of payment guarantees the full transparency of the money flow within our international organisation.

You can download from your personal space your invoice and receipt of payment. Your ICOM year-2019 sticker will be posted to your mailing address upon reception of payment as soon as possible. Please take into consideration that if your professional situation has changed, you should tell us before renewing.
